ML & Data Science, University Of California, San Diego Ignore waitlist. Has anyone heard back from the ML & Data Science Phd or the Halicioglu Data Science Phd ?? I contacted both programs and they just said to keep waiting and that they might not finish before april 15th? Really stressed about making a decision without hearing back yet.

Computer Science, University Of California, San Diego Its a waitlist since someone I know got an admit today (South Indian college). A request to people admitted to UCSD who have received better admits to reject the offer so waitlisted people like me can get offer.

Computer Science, University Of California, San Diego I have year of internship experience in the US, and 4 years of professional work experience in related field outside the country. I'm surprised seeing all the rejections. Did not think getting in to a M.S. program would be this tough. To all the fellas who got the same result, stay strong. This does not define who you are.
