The UC Berkeley campus has a strict enrollment ceiling, and we are thus very limited in the number of new students we may admit each year. Unfortunately, this may result in not being able to accept many applicants who are capable or have the potential of excellent academic work. Environmental Science Policy And Management (ESPM), University of California-Berkeley This one hurt; the PI I spoke with implied I would be accepted but then stop communicating with me at the start of March. I am very fortunate to have received other offers. Best of luck to everyone, and keep your chin up!
