Quantum Science & Engineering, Harvard University Theory applicant to QSE program Undergrad Institution: Large public school with top 10 physics program PGRE: 870 2 years of undergraduate research experience in CMT / QIT under a very well known Professor in the field, 1 first author publication in top journal chosen for editor's suggestion list, 2 March Meeting talks. Some prior undergraduate research experience in condensed matter experiment. Multiple conference talks / papers in a different sub-discipline of physics. Rejected everywhere else so far (all top 10 / highly competitive schools), so I'm really grateful!
