Computer Science, Columbia University Rant.Proves whats wrong with this society. Theres no f way i can afford this school or masters in any school for that reason without almost full tuition scholarship . People look up to those who attended prestigious institutes , but little do they know that there are several more who are capable of attending them but are not able afford them. A handful take huge loans with hopes that some company will hire them with enough salary to help payback that loan. What abt those who arent willling to take on a huge loan and rely on the university's tag? their skills are pretty much the same regardless of whether or not they attend the institution. F the system.

Computer Science, Columbia University One summer intern. ICPC contestant (bad in D1 but top in D2). Undergrad in US Top 30. Double major in CS and Business. No traditional lab research experience. Have a couple of decent CS projects. Have good extracurricular. Tried to make my SOP interesting but have no idea if that worked. Average to decent LORs.
