  • Hi poster! Yes, the student JG sent the offer to has apparently accepted the spot. I also am irritated by the lack of communication from the professors. I emailed DK and he essentially told me not to email him again and to direct my questions to the DCT. When I emailed the DCT, she told me to email the professors.....

  • To the SLU poster below: do you know if said student has accepted the offer? I am extremely irritated by the lack of communication SLU has had with its waitlisted applicants. I've emailed JG twice now and gotten no response. Will probably try calling the department tomorrow.

  • Accepted off the waitlist! This was my first choice and I'm absolutely thrilled to be starting the next stage of my career here. To all those on waitlists at your dream school: Don't give up hope. And even if it doesn't work out in one place, I promise you will eventually be exactly where you are meant to be. In the end, life is for us, not against us. Best of luck and congratulations!

  • LOL. After 12+ weeks after interviewing, Hey thanks for letting me know. This is a tone-deaf department, filled with privileged white folks and zero students of color. Zero diverse faculty either. I feel so grateful though, this school is letting Brett Kavanaugh come in as “visiting professor” of Law School next year.. LMAO. It is not a joke, look at the news- talk about AWFUL, TONE-DEAF decision by the overall faculty. Sounds about white. See ya later George Mason!
