REJECTED. Not sure why, had a great GPA from Syracuse in Econ.

Rejected through portal. No email sent. Shouldn't have gone Bath University, should have gone Exeter

Sigh... Id received: 14 Jan., rejection: 28 April, no waitlist, no reserve list, no transcript drop. Via LFY and via email a few hours afterwards. LL.M. from LSE (with Mid-Merit), 1 published article in an international journal, 2 research assistant positions, 1 offer to be a teaching assistant and a very niched PhD proposal, with 2 LSE professors nominated as supervisors (from whom I had previously received guidance re my proposal). Applied in Sept 2020. Received acceptance letter via filedrop on April 2021.

TPB. I received an interview on mid March but didn't hear from them until now. Just check the application portal and the status is still under review. The Econ Department at York has more than 40 faculties but they even can not complete the application review.

Please ignore the waitlist but I was wondering if anyone has heard back from York University for a Masters in Econ. I have to make a decision asap and if York doesn't take me, I will have to accept another offer. Did anyone get their results yet?

I presented my research at two research conferences where I showed statistical skills such as machine learning and regressions. My undergraduate had coursework with Python, SAS, SQL, Tableau, SPSS, and R. I also had two internships, one for Wells Fargo and the other for USAA.

An insider, who was "Interviewed" and "Near the top of the waitlist". Becca once told me that the size of the waitlist is 50, and 25 are defined as "near the top". I also just received the "April 12 decision" email, and I believe at least 20 received this email. It means nothing. They are disgraceful.
