Ignore status. Has anybody heard anything from UT Austin? It's been crickets for me and I haven't seen any entries on here for this year.

Finally rejected after not having heard anything. Unrelated, but how many people do you think, realistically, have 4+ offers from top-ten programs?

Officially rejected (emailed to check portal). Was previously notified via email that I was not accepted or on a waitlist.

Made it off the waitlist! I got a personal phone call from their graduate coordinator offering me the spot! Grad GPA 3.96

This is my top choice. If you have received an offer from UT Austin but have decided to pursue other opportunities, I would be super grateful if you could consider declining your offer. Thx!!!

Just got a call from Kathleen Stock and the guy who makes Dilbert. So excited! My top choice.

Contacted Graduate Coordinator for information about when I could expect a decision. "Unfortunately, you are not among those being admitted or on the wait list at this time, although you're not rejected outright." 1a/0w/5r/6p

If you're certain you won't be going to UT - Austin it'd be a great help if you could turn down your offer sooner rather than later.

Please consider declining if you intend not to accept. Highest degree, Masters Grad GPA: 3.86
