Graduate School Admission Results

I applied for the Winter 2021 session starting from Jan 2021. Most entries here are of the F20 category. Does anybody know when winter admits are sent out? Haven't received any updates apart from a COVID-19 email. Also no clue from statistics of previous years.

Those who are interviewed in 2nd week of March: when are we gonna get the decision? or Has anyone received the result? or contacted department?

TTPB Columbia MS CS: Although I respect your efforts in finding out the information, there are many people(whom I know personally) have interviewed and not received an admit. Let's just not live in a bubble or an unrealistic situation that every good performer can get acceptance. "People do get rejects even upon my good ratings," said the Columbia alumni interviewer. Its all upto the Admission Committee. Hope for the best :)

I surveyed multiple people over a wide range of acedemic standings. From GPAs ranging from 2.5 to 4.0 over 3 continents and every single person who applied has got an interview.

so basically everyone has received the interview request? is there anyone out there that applied to this program and still hasn't received an interview request?

People who have completed their one-way interview, can you shed some light on the questions and the time given to answer those?

I was a bit edgy because of my GRE score but they do check your profile holistically.

Generic Rejection Email, No Interview

It's definitely cheating to ask other people what questions they were asked for interview... Of course, no one can stop you from doing that. We just trust that each person goes in with their own conscience and integrity.

Does anyone know around how long the interview is supposed to take? I wasn't sure how much time I should allocate for it.

To the poster below: Not yet. I called them on Monday inquiring about the status, they said all the decisions will be out by this week.

To the poster who had an interview on 18th April, have you received any communication from them after that and did they tell you how long after the interview you would have the decision?
