Heartbroken. Dream school and looks like I got a rejection very early on. I submitted app close to deadline. No GRE. 3 internships (2 REU's at UIUC and NYU), 2 years independent research, 4 years industry experience that was done throughout college. I come from a small state school. You live and you learn... hopefully it was for reasons I can help. "Thank you very much for applying to the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at Yale University. I regret to inform you that we are unable to offer you admission. As you know, the very high number of extraordinary candidates far exceeds the number of places we have in each program, and we are not able to admit many excellent candidates."

I received an email from a professor in the admission committee saying that they want to have a zoom meeting with me during the week of Dec 20th.

Received phone call to invite for virtual interviews Jan 13-14. Submitted app Nov 29 with all LORs

First-round interview via zoom, to take place in the next week

Canadian student. Did not receive interview.

I had an interview on 17th March. POI selected me on 19th March. My application is under review by the department from 25th March. Is there any body who receive admission letter from McGill Human Genetics Department for Ph.D thesis base program??
