Graduate School Admission Results

I got a message from MSU today : The committee has made its first round of offers. More offers may be made. If you have not received an email with an admission decision, you will receive one by the April 15th deadline. I didn't get any e-mail from MSU. Does this message mean I am on the waitlist? or am I simply rejected?

To poster below: If you didn't yet receive an acceptance or rejection, all this says is to continue waiting. Some schools don't do the whole waitlist thing, so calm down.

I used to see "Under departmental review" when I logged into their site. Now, all I see is a notice that I didn't pay my application fee, which I paid prior to the deadline when I submitted my application. I sent a message in the system about this and have heard nothing in response. :\

They gave out 25 admissions and there are 50 people on the waitlist. Yes, 50. What a long list! Anyways, I have 0 ad up till now. This one is my only hope. If you got better offer elsewhere, please please decline it or remove yourself from the waitlist. Thank you soooooooooooo much!

Grad GPA 3.97 + RA experience. Personal email from GPD notifying that half of funded positions still available; making offers down the waitlist; "reasonably high probability that we will be able to make you an offer with money"

Grad GPA 3.97 + RA Experience. I have accepted a funded offer from April 13 (was waitlisted for a couple weeks, then offered admission + funding). About 18K with summer support likely. I'm very enthused to join their program. Posting for records.
