Anyone heard news from Gatech PhD admissions?

POI emailed me that I am accepted and he already sent my name to the committee. But still no official notification.

To the GaTech acceptance poster below, did your find your result on the applyweb? My status is still "submitted".

Got an email said decision made and will be available after the close of business this evening. did anyone receive this?

To the GaTech poster below: I got the same email. Does anybody know what this means?

Received Email: Your decision will be available after the close of business this evening. You may retrieve your decision via the secure CollegeNet portal. I checked it says, "Dept Decision Made" but cannot see any decision till now. I guess it will be available in few hours.

I also got an email saying `decision made and will be available after the close of business this evening.`

Congratulations to the Gatech Accept below! Can you share your specific program name? Since GaTech has multiple PhD names in CS. Did you also recieved a email about status changing earlier today? Are the offers in this round all with fellowship?

I'm the accepted poster below, I'll try to answer the questions asked. I was accepted into the "Ph.D. in Computer Science" program from the "School of Computer Science in the College of Computing at Georgia Tech", I hope that helps. I got an email earlier today saying my decision would be available "at the close of business this evening". I also received a Presidential Fellowship. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I was told from the PoI that "There are multiple schools and offers are out in batches." So maybe people (including me) didn't get accepted yesterday still have a chance. Good luck to all...
