neurobio degree, 2 years of relevant undergrad academic research + 2 years clinical research with my population of interest. several posters, 1 independent project, 1 published abstract. strong faculty matches. no post-bacc, masters degree, or first-author pubs. minimal mentorship/guidance on application materials. these things take a few rounds, you’ve got this!

Notified for virtual interview on 2/14 by email. Master's GPA is 4.0. Applied to this program last year and was rejected, hoping to get in this year!

Notified by email for interview on 2/5. Master's GPA is 4.0. Alum from Adelphi

Official interview held on January 7 after prelim interview in December. Official interview dates were Jan. 7, 8, 9, 10. BA Hons. Psychology (GPA 3.96/4.3), MSc Psychiatry/Mental Health (GPA 3.9/4.0). 6 years of research experience (2 years in undergrad, 3 years post bacc). 2 first author pubs under review after R&R, 2 first author pubs in prep. ~ 10 conference presentations (poster and oral). Goodluck to everyone this cycle! :)

No GRE, no research experience. Volunteer on a crisis line and support youth in foster care. Email did say it did not effect consideration for PhD
