I emailed KAUST Admission and they said my application still under review. other departments start sending Acceptance letter so your chance now seems low. but I didn't see anyone apply to Material Science got any acceptance letter. so we still have a good chance.

Nothing from Kaust! When can they give us the result?

So, people who didn't have any interview (personal or academic) till now like me, are waiting for the rejection e-mail..!!!! Any body has an idea concerning the due date of admission's notifications?

To the poster below. It is hard to believe! I got the personal interview on Mar. 12th and I've heard nothing from kaust either. What words can we use to describe such "high" efficiency ? maybe kaust is just short for " King Abudulla Univeristy of sloppy and torment"

Did anyone acquire acceptance from Dept of MSE at KAUST? I had academic interview on Feb 17 and personal interview on Mar 3, and I still hear nothing from KAUST. They kept saying my application is under review....T_T

Applied for ms/phd on 15th Jan. Had nothing untill 4th Apr. Asked for my app status, they answered waiting for official Toefl score from ETS (OMG). After hell-slow reporting service of ETS, received an email, saying that my app was changed to ms only by request of faculty, on 14th Apr. Received another email for arranging an interview on 16th Apr. Had an academic interview via skype for 30min, today 17th Apr. Deeply hope that they still have unfilled openings for me...!! I should have contacted them much earlier... :(

to the poster below. When did U get the personal interview? However, it has been more than one month since I got the personal interview on 12th Mar. There is still nothing from kaust.

Come on KAUST!! What the hell is wrong with you? Send me acceptance letter ASAP

For the people posted blow. I am from China and had my personal interview on March 24th. My friend who got academic interview in Feb has got offer in the end of Feb. Maybe you can get some information for faculty who gave you the academic interview.

Congrats for all who got acceptance.. To the previous post before me with master of bioscience can you tell me please when did you have your academic and social interview? And where are you from? And do you have GRE & ielts? I'm applying for madter bioscence and had my 2 interviews but didnt receive anything yet,, Thanks

I received an email to check the application website. 70K Fellowship.

I emailed my guide today about the result. He said he has no idea. I emailed the admissions office as well. Got an email saying application under review. After few hours got an email asking me to check the application for decision. BAM!!. I was offered admission with fellowship.

Computer Science program, Chinese who got the cs master offer??? when? and the deadline is ??

I had been interviewed and recommended by faculty, did anyone received acceptance for fall 2014 up till now for fluid systems engineering?

email from POI, not from school, I haven't yet heard anything back from the school officially. "Thank you. I had a look at your application materials. It's currently in the system, and pending initial admissions review. However, I had to point out that your GPA for your BSc is low, and I think it will not fly through the initial admissions review. We have a strict GPA cutoff of 3.3 for external candidates."

To the poster below, Yes Chinese have received offers from KAUST. They started sending on 1st March and the last update I have is of 12th March. You can download QQ and join the portal named KAUST to have more information.

Is there any Chinese received the official offer of computer science???? Since I took personal interview in 11, Feb, 2014, the final interviewers told me that the offer would be gave out during these two weeks. However, a month have passed away approximately.

That means that decisions will be out after 7th of April. Makes sense because they will select from the candidates who appeared in 1st March interviews and 7th April interviews and send offers around 15th of April. So 2 more weeks to go. But another theory is that the decisions will be out on 6th April as China received there decisions a day before the Istanbul interviews back in March. Any how the wait is not over yet

The commettee said decision would be sent out around mid of April. Has anyboby who apply for the same program received the result?
