To the posters below: congrats! What are the initials of your POI?

To the query of Johns Hopkins below- Thanks! Got notified through an informal email from POI. It is one of the two top choices I had. I declined with a heavy heart and taking up Yale. Best wishes to the waitlisted candidate.

I wrote them asking

Has anyone heard from Johns Hopkins?

Last year their deadline was Jan 1, according to Petersons, so if they are on the same schedule, this is just about the very earliest they'd be reaching out. POI informally told me it would likely be early March but who knows.

To the JHU posters below: I am sorry to hear that. But for me it is even worse--I have received nothing from them, neither interview nor rejection. So may I ask what happens? Do you think I should contact them?

I'm in the same boat. I haven't heard anything. No clue what it means.

Anybody heard from JHU yet? Isn't it late?
