Graduate School Admission Results

PI personally emailed to inform me that I'll receive an official interview invitation via email, which I received today.

Received an E-mail to check the website. No news about funding yet.

Emailed to ask about my status and was told that first round offers went out and they'll move down the waitlist until they fill the cohort or until April 15th, pretty basic stuff. No idea what position I'm at on the list. 2a/2r/1w/7p

Emailed coordinator who confirmed that all initial offers have been extended.

To the poster asking POI -BO.

My PI (initials AB) said I am high on their alternate list. This is my top choice, so to the person who got the offer: congrats!!! But if you have another offer and want to go there instead, please let them know!

Offered Full Tuition Scholarship (15 credits/semester) for one year and high chance of second year, up for a GA position with 5,000 yearly stipend. Excited, was not my top choice but no student loans sure makes it attractive. (Ed RPCV + 5 years summer grant project experience and 2 years classroom teaching)

Just accepted over the phone! Will be accepting and declining offers at Cal U of Pa, Kent State, Cleveland State, OSU, and Ohio University. Is there a facebook page for accepted students yet?

Took less than a week to get a decision, no word on funding yet.

GRE was not submitted because it was optional.

Admitted on the 11th (below), received 5 year funding package offer today.

Congrats on below with Accept notification! Do you mind listing the initials of the PI you're accepted under/your intention with the offer?

Learned I was accepted back in October but, was offered full funding a few days ago. Planning on moving forward with BG.
