Unofficially waitlisted till June. Bachelor of Architecture 2020 graduate. Please reject the offer if you are not planning to attend !!

High GPA, two+ years of work experience with residential and public projects, BAS from Carleton, great references, have had international and national architectural research publications and public speakings and recognitions, clear thesis outline that matches what UofT does, got rejected only to know other ppl without architectural background have reserved seats too and some got in! tough competition! Good luck everyone!

took them long enough. Pity, hard to believe I spent the last three weeks waiting for this decision. (top choice). Oh well!

still radio silence lol can I get a refund? to those accepted, has it been indicated to you that the incoming cohort is all set? I'd appreciate any input so that I can assume I'm rejected and move on

Domestic student, $1K Entrance Scholarship

I am wait listed for the three year MLA program. The department said they are making decisions about the wait list after April 15th, and I am keeping my spot on the list.

Very INCONSIDERATE of Columbia to wait 2 weeks to notify of rejections especially this late in the game - it left applicants with an unecessary loose end when decisions were obviously made weeks ago! However, MIT was even worse as they waited ~1 month! What is wrong with these people? and btw, I'm not just bitter as I have offers from programs ranked higher or similar to these schools ... just feel they should do better.

figured, I'd heard back from all other schools. Truthfully I'm not that hurt, was planning attending another school anyway but I wish they let us know sooner.

Not cool Columbia. I'm not mad or anything. It was just frustrating for the past two weeks not knowing when the decision would be released. How can I look up to a school that doesn't respect its applicants.

Wow, terrible way to string us along. Wasn't even mad at this point, already planned on going to Pratt but to wait to let us know when admitted students day started yesterday is really a bad look. Disrespectful to say the least.

This is a bad game by Columbia GSAPP, if you're rejecting a candidate, do so with respect, why wait till after 2 weeks of acceptance before sending a rejection, this is not good and devastated to take.
