SDSU misplaced my transcripts for over 1.5 months and refused to admit it. My undergraduate staff have to provided evidence that they had downloaded my transcripts 1.5 months ago. They also don't send emails about application status; it's only shown on the MySDSU application page ,not the original application site. This has been my worst application experience: completing three application forms across three systems, submitting recommendation letters twice, compounded by a double application fee.
