TPB who asked to share test score

Non-Canadian international, direct-entry. Accepted into the MA program with funding (280-hour TA work). Will decline.

TPB: Probably b/c of increased applicants due to Covid. It's driving me crazy though! I've heard from only two schools at this point.

Got a email in the morning from Dyson-MS-PhD@cornell.edu, didn't submit GRE, congrats to those admitted. Best luck!

Why the release date seems to be later than in previous years

[Not WL]. For the Jan 4th deadline, is anyone aware by when we can expect the results for the MAPSS programmes to roll out?

(NOT WL) TPB: Could you tell us more? Are you a Canadian applicant? Did you apply for direct entry or regular?

TPB: Boston is not clear right now, UCSD still a chance to get waitlisted (although I think they've already sent out the main offers), NYU seems like an IR

Offered spot in MA. Approx 13.5k funding

TPB: In the interview, the professor said that they would send the results in mid-March.

I had posted the rejection before but is Rice that good? Actually, it was kinda my backup-type school. But it has rejected me before UCM and ND.

TPB, I got this e-mail yesterday, no interview: "I am very pleased to let you know that you have been admitted to our PhD program in economics at Stockholm University. You are admitted with full funding; the details are attached. I should also let you know that we had exceptionally strong applicants this year. So, first, please take to heart the fact that you are one of the early admissions in such a strong pool. Second, unfortunately, we have to ask you to make up your mind about whether or not to accept our offer as soon as you can, and no later than March 15. The reason for this is that we have a limited budget and want to use it fully, so we really need to turn around and extend an offer to another candidate if you end up choosing another school – and this cannot wait so long, because other schools also have deadlines. In fact, it would even be useful for us if you updated us as soon as you can with your situation (possible offers you are choosing between/waiting for)."

I received a mail from the programs coordinator that I have been shortlisted and would be receiving emails from a number of faculty in the Department who would later recommend me for admission. I have since not heard from anyone so I went ahead to contact some faculty yet no response. Has anyone here heard anything?
