Graduate School Admission Results

Expected

The director of the program sent me an email saying I was accepted into the program today. My portal hasn't changed yet so I'm assuming the school will probably send me an email too confirming my acceptance and telling me about my financial aid, if there is any. 6a/1p

My GPA is a lot higher now, 3.7 but it happens. Try again next cycle.

Waitlisted on 3/08/23. No GRE, previous work experience in journalism and military service. If anyone isn't planning on accepting admission to the MPP, please let the school know as soon as you can, it would mean so much to myself and others on the list.

Apparently I am not qualified for their program. In their requirements, they mention a degree in physics or electrical engineering. Whereas I have done Engineering Physics from one of the old IITs in India, and I have had experience in both physics and electrical courses through my curriculum! Why don't they clearly mention the requirements so we can save money on the application fee?! Instead of just mentioning a one liner requirement. Totally aghast after such a long wait

if there is anyone accepted into the PhD Program at Johns Hopkins University and you know you will not be attending,please and please decline the offer. this is the only school i have got a positive response from.
