Anybody hear back and from what studio emphasis?

No specifications noted in rejection letter.

Interviewed on 03/09/2018...does anybody know when UGA inform of acceptance, rejection or wait listed???? I know it is spring break this week

With 30% tuition.

I'm still waiting. I emailed a couple days ago, but I haven't heard back. My interview wasn't very good, so I'm not expecting to get in, but I want to cross this off my list.

I'm the one below that said I emailed a couple days ago. I just called and was told that they had made offers to other students but were waiting to hear back from them. She then told me I was first on the waitlist. But it doesn't really matter because I've already been accepted to other schools that are better. And this was for a painting emphasis.

Accepted for the spring 2019 semester. They said a selected group of applicants are offered admission for the following Spring semester, not Fall.

Received an email from an admissions representative congratulating me on my acceptance, and saying a letter will also come in the mail.

Generic grad school rejection letter. Program coordinator told me a month ago decisions would be posted soon, yet nothing until now. Poor communication from art dept when UW Madison makes decisions in less than a month for many more applicants. UWM only admits around 9 students. I have advanced art skills, a stellar portfolio, juried art awards,p and contacts already in this department. This school focuses on contemporary art so would not have been a good fit for me, as I excel in skilled figural paintings and do not care for abstract ideas and minimalist "art". No loss from such a biased and poorly run department that plays favorites. Never sure how faculty can truly judge skill when the grad students admitted glue junk on a canvas and apparently that's more showing of skill than actual drawing/ painting to life proportions.

Interviewed 1/25, and received an email today that I was accepted!

Interviewed at 1/25, and received an email at 1/30 that I was accepted! And today, I got an email today that I have been given a scholarship $13,000!

Notified app status changed via email. Yay!
