Graduate School Admission Results

Canadian. Waitlisted for funding. This is great news, but Im so conflicted now! Political Theory & Intl' relations. 4a/0w/3r/9.

I had contacted them earlier, and they responded to let me know I'm waitlisted. Should know by mid-April if I'm off the waitlist.

Randomly checked and as some posters said, the link was on the bottom. I already assumed rejection on early February tho. Thanks to the gradcafe postings no need to waste of my energy to hope I was get in here.

Canadian applicant with a focus on comparative. Thrilled and honoured to be admitted to the Canadian program of my choice.

When I saw some postings claim that they'd notified via phone call one month ago, I had no choice but to assume my application to be denied or wait list with no funding.

It still says "submitted" at the top, but now when I scroll down to the very bottom of the page there will be a link to the decision letter where it says I have been wait listed.

So when you went to the page, instead of Application Status: Submitted, it was something else? I know this is a stupid question but obviously I am looking for anything at this point.

To the poster below, who did you get a reply from?

I emailed Paula Evans and she said I should be able to view my results by the end of next week. I responded back and asked if that meant a decision had been made or what. I'll update. Did the people who were waitlisted actually see the term waitlist or are you something more like me?

To the posters below: what website are you using to check your application status? Is it where we submitted our online application?

Emailed the department for several times. The reply, which was rather fortunately courteous, arrived before I lost my patience. If there is any theorist who has decided to decline U of T's offer, I sincerely hope you might do so a bit earlier than 4/15. Will be much appreciated! (4a/3w/8r)
