Acceptance sent from the grad school sometime mid Feb. Received funding info today. Not a bad offer tbh, but still have a few fees payment to worry about. Happy notwithstanding

Same message as below, less competitive and less scholarly. I've got MUCH better offers.

[Not waitlist] Does anyone know what is going on with NYU? Is not hearing back from them an IR or wait list? I don't think they've sent out rejections, but I've seen both acceptances and wait lists. So I'm guessing IR.

Each year, the number of highly-qualified applicants far exceeds the available openings in our graduate programs. [Not WL] Yes, also waiting for Columbia GSAS reply. My best guess: they are keeping candidates on an implicit waitlist and everytime someone turns down an offer, they move to interview the next candidate.

That was two rejections on one application.

Is anyone STILL waiting for results from GASA? I haven't heard anything and my status is "submitted", however, there are lots of ad or rej releasing on Feb. I have no rejection or wailist.

I just got rejected twice by this school. Now I feel the offence.

Applied for development track. Funding offer includes full tuition scholarship, $26k/year, health insurance, $1.4k research and travel support. I have a master's degree in public policy and 6 years government work experience (in Latin America). Not much research experience beyond my master's program. Grateful the program took a chance on me, strongly considering accepting the offer.
