Graduate School Admission Results

TTPB: I emailed them on Wednesday and got no response. At this point I think offers have probably gone out but I'm not sure. Hopefully they haven't but the wording in the email sounded like they'd only contact you if you were chosen so idk. I hope they sort it out soon.

I posted before but they upgraded me to have funding. I sent them an updated version of my resume just in case and the next day I received a funding offer. If you've done a lot since your last resume I would recommend you do the same, I had two new publications and a book co-authorship but if it's something small I don't know if it'll help. Best of luck to everyone still waiting, this was my first funding offer so I know the feeling!

Please decline your offer from Warwick if you won't go there. Since they make offers sequentially, I think it is very beneficial for the other interviewed candidates who are strongly in contention. Thank you!

[Not WL] Applicants who sent an email and got a reply, who did you send the email to? I tried to contact UCD several times but heard back nothing.

TPB: I reached out to UW-Madison last month and was notified I was on the waitlist, but there was no invitation for the visit day. Do u mind share the date of the visit day coz I was also told the decision would not be possible until the visit day. My status is still under review..no formal waitlist letter as you guys.

I sent an email to both JFH and Becca George but they don't respond. I guess the people who received this email are on the waitlist of the waitlist. What a year it's been...

TPB: Same here, no update after top of the waitlist message. I contacted J-F H weeks ago, and he said he could not tell about my chances either and would have a clearer picture after the visit day. Fingers crossed now that the visit day is over.

Was informed of waitlist status only after I sent an email. They say that they might send offers to people on the waitlist only after 15 April.

Did not receive an email from them, got informed I was on the waitlist when I mailed to ask about the status. They say that they would be able to offer to people on the waitlist only after 15 April. Any idea about what happens if one gets a dominating offer after 15th April, once you have already accepted an offer from a school lower down the chain?

Does anyone has heard from Penn State? I am still waiting for their decision and anyone same as me? Thx!
