Received a pleasant notification by email that I was accepted into the program, though only vague details on funding to follow

Had an unofficial Zoom meeting with DGS earlier this week. Received funding information this morning.

Status changed to Under Review (I'm a Canadian student with Canadian degrees)

I have been stuck in Under Review since January. I have been placed on the waitlist on Feb. 28 and I haven't heard anything since. Anyone know when I can expect to hear back with the decision?

Has anyone heard from the department? My status is "Under review", seems that it's a rejection, but can't wait anymore, any clarity would be better. Should accept another offer, but would like to know for sure.
