Graduate School Admission Results

Recieved an Email: They realize that i have very good qualifications. Well I was working on my masters thesis the moment I received this email. Crazy stuff!!! I am going to get some beer, the weather is good here!! 100$ would have bought many beers in Illinois :( :(

I was a great fit. I wante to do I.O. Nevermind, I have a better offer.

Well this makes things interesting...

Thanks for the information below. I haven't heard any news about BC until now. I guess the signal is not promising.

For those that haven't heard nothing from northwestern, this is good news. I sent an e-mail to the department and they said that no news meant waiting list. Also asked how long it was, and they said it was very short. Finally, they said that they're not sure if the waiting list will open to spots in the program this year due to a higher volume of people that already accepted the offer, compared to other years. Please guys, if you're not going to NW, please decline the offer :)

Did they send all admission offers? I'm still waiting..

To poster below re no more funded offers, I received funded offer today, so maybe that wasn't what they meant?

Status is still "Under Review". I am an international student. This does not look good. Any kind of closure would be great at this point.
