Set up an interview. Does anybody know Columbia MA's placement from last year? i dont really have the means to support myself in NYC for a year, or if ill be able to secure letters of recommendation over 3 months to reapply

Hello mate! I had applied to only top 15 schools in the U.S. Thank you very much for the tips. I am a fresh graduate and also I did not have any work experience. I shall look for good options in my home country now.

Masters in economics with GPA 4.0. E-mail from Andrew Campolieto. Stipend of 20.5k per year plus medical insurance. Guess I got it from the waitlist and this is the first offer from the States. So good luck to everyone still waiting there. Don't lose hope!

I haven't yet receive any notice from the department, even waitlisted-notification. Does this mean I'm likely to be rejected (again)?

What's the deal with Cornell? Is anyone else still waiting to hear back? Their visit day was March 23rd last year so I'm assuming rejection

To the poster below: I received an e-mail asking for an Skype interview last week. Yesterday I talked to the professor and he confirmed me that I've been admitted directly without needing to go in early April for an interview in Florence.

Listen up BU, Cornell, and Duke. If you want to reject someone, please do it quick. It is NOT a humane thing to give people hope just to crush it in the end.

Grad GPA:3.8 Lot of maths but low grad in math classes!!!! 2r/0a/11 5 are implicit rejects....Is there any opening in McDonalds in my area...looks like I have to apply there!!! :(

Unofficial admit, Awesome to hear, if you have not heard back yet I recommend emailing Curtis Simon from the Econ department and he will update you. Second round funding is end of march.

I wrote them couple of weeks ago. They replied that they "cannot disclose about my application" and that sending out will "continue to the end of April".
