You are correct, you shouldn't... It is quite disrespectful that they haven't sent them out yet. I think most of the people here would be better off knowing already and moving on instead of waiting for something that's simply not going to happen. Just look at how many offers there are below, there is almost zero chance of them sending out more.

Will consider your application if someone refuses to accept the offer. Will notify in April when this is final. Has anybody heard from University of Alabama Tuscaloosa, Houston, Southern Methodist and Nebraska Lincoln??? Are they are still evaluating applications?? Pretty sure they have sent out at least some offers

(ZC). There is rigorous competition for entry into our PhD program and unfortunately your application was not among those that we were able to admit this year. This admission season has been extraordinarily competitive, with more than 200 applicants for only 7 Ph.D. student positions. I am reaching out to you because I would like to ask you if you would like to be admitted into the Master program. If you were to ask for a tuition scholarship, we could recommend to the Dean of the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences that you be admitted with a 40% tuition scholarship. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any other form of financial support, i.e., Research or Teaching Assistantships, in addition to the Tuition Scholarship provided by the School of Graduate Studies.

Three students, myself included, from my university got rejected today for AMO.

Thankfully I could focus on the professor who gave me an admission letter last month. Good luck to all applicants. Except such as UW, Texas at Austin, I think most applicants would be mostly likely been rejected. I feel 99% rejection from Maryland although they haven't sent out rejections yet.
