Graduate School Admission Results

By far I have not received any email from NYU Data Science saying that I am admitted ,waitlisted or rejected. So.. what is this? Is there still hope?

Your Loss. Rejected because of no work ex I guess.

Emailed to check website. Rejected there for the MSDS degree but offered an option for Urban Planning Degree.

Did anyone hear from upenn's ms in data science program and any idea when the decisions are likely to be out ?

To the poster below, in the official website of the program it is mentioned that results will be available within 4-6 weeks after the application deadline. The deadline was March 15th. According to this timeline, i think you can expect result from mid-April onwards. Though, someone in the forum has posted recently their results for MS-CS program.

I haven't heard back at all....game over isn't it? Will they still do acceptances?

I got offer early this week and today I emailed to the office and received an automatic response as follows. Hope this helps for those who are waiting another wave of admissions. I want to meet you all at Columbia in this Fall. ------- "please note that decisions are expected to go out starting the end of March. While some decisions have been released, we expect the bulk of decisions to be rendered by April 6th."

Email to check website. Rejected for the MSc in Data Science but received an offer for MSc in Applied Urban Science and Informatics.

Anybody else in the same position as me?

Waitlisted, but I already got into my top choice so it does not matter. This seems like an amazing program though! :) Good luck to those who got in.

Thinking about attending, definitely. Question for everyone else around here: what other programs were you considering? Did anyone consider Steven's BI&A or the Data Science programs at Berkeley, USF or NYU?
