Computer Science Graduate School Admission Results

To the poster who got interview, can you share your profile. What is your domain of research? Also is there any update on your interview decision yet?

To the Question below: interview in person February 14th, so no decisions yet. I think they've pretty much got their shortlist. my background: 166 Q, 163 V, 3.6 GPA from an ivy.... one year of relevant research at a national labs but no publications for anything.... hope this helps!

To the question above, power systems concentration (but the interview is the whole department visit day) and no contact with faculty

To the interview invite recipient, please do you have any idea if the department usually interviews before the can accept and if international students can also be invited to this interview on the department's day?

Applied in june to start class in may and I was waiting until today for a decision. I've had previously studied for 1 year as undergrad student at UBC, worked as intern in the lab and asked for reference from a teacher at UBC to apply. Good luck everyone!

8.64/10 GPA from IIT-BHU. 1.7 yrs of work experience in robotic control and path planning. Good LoRs. No info on funding or thesis/non-thesis option.

Finally, my wait is over. Got my dream university. I have to take 2 math courses as prerequisites. My specialization is Computer Engineering (COMP). GRE 313 (q 164), TOEFL 106, GPA 9.81/10.

Anyone has any idea how many waitlisted people end up with a final admit? This is so nerve wracking.

graduate GPA: 3.5 , one journal paper(Elsevier applied mathematics and computation) , one top conference paper(European control conference),one submitted paper, great LOR, TOEFL 100. This school was my worst case scenario, already have a great chance in bigger schools. bu Nevada has rejected me!!!
