Got an email from the university alerting me the rejection will be uploaded officially to us soon! While unfortunate, the rejection letter was honestly really nice, and I appreciate that they took the time to reach out to us. In case anyone was curious, they told us over 650 people applied and that there were 8 spots for poetry and 10 for fiction. Congrats to everybody who got in, and I hope you all have a wonderful time! 0A/3R/0W/17P

Received an email from Dept. Chair and said "Thank you for your interest in the Creative Writing Master of Fine Arts degree in the Department of English at the University of Florida. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept applications for admissions this year. We will resume our usual admissions cycle next year and encourage you to reapply then. We are working with the University's Graduate School to refund your application fees. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."
