Graduate School Admission Results

Accepted by the department, Grad School has to give official offer.

"Recommended for admission" by the department... I'll take that as an acceptance :)

Associate Instructorship offer included

Sent in my application a week before the Feb. 1 deadline and received an acceptance letter approximately three weeks later dated Feb. 11. When I got my package I thought it was going to just say, "Thanks for applying." I was pleasantly surprised.

They offered me acceptance without funding to the MA program... but ughhh I applied to the PhD program! CLEARLY for a reason! hahaha, most definitely continuing the MA I already started with Middlebury, who DOES offer assistance.. assuming it's a NO from Harvard...

I called today and had to pester the Admin to tell me over the phone. I'm in elsewhere, so I didn't care, but come on. Can they join the 21st Century? Why does NYU GSAS waste that much on postage?

Hi International with US degree, who got admitted to Masters in AI. Can you please share your profile so that I can have an idea of the chances of admission?

Applied 05/01, on website they say 6 weeks to decide, it's 15 now. Sent two emails to inquire, no answer. I suspect they're waiting for people to withdraw their application so that they don't need to write a rejection letter. I've already accepted another offer, but I want to see this response too now.

They sent me an email and set a Skype interview, which I had last Friday, January 23rd. Fingers crossed!

Received an offer on Feb. 3 of 18,500 Canadian dollars per year (~14,000 USD). Less than half of what I've been offered elsewhere in terms of stipend. They needed an answer by Feb. 5, so I declined.
