Graduate School Admission Results

Really didn't expect it! I know many others with significantly lower GPA and Test scores who have got into this school!! I am wondering why I have been rejected!?

Accepted off of the waitlist for funding. I immediately accepted.

First accept! Not my top choice though... still waiting to hear from two other universities.

when will they announce the result? I hope all the rejections were sent. What are they waiting for?

Had an interview on March 28th. Everything was OK. They had to discuss with the department head whether it is possible to get accepted at PhD without a Masters degree because Imperial's rules and regulations usually do not allow a PhD without a Master degree.

I emailed and asked; they said my application was with my second-choice program.

Never received an email from the department. Random check on the website, and I came across with the decision. They waited so late to post the decision.

Off the waitlist. Will decline offer from Iowa State. Good luck to the ones on waiting list for Iowa State.

"Thank you for applying to the graduate program in Psychology. Having carefully considered your application, we are unable to offer you admission to this program. Although I am sure that this decision will come as a disappointment to you, let me assure you that your application received careful attention and review. The decision is final. Please direction any questions to the Psychology program office. Thank you for your interest in York University; I wish you success in your future studies" The phrasing in this letter was a little off-putting. Maybe it's just me.

When do accepted students have to notify the school by?
