To the BU poster below, did your acceptance email contain any information about this year's admissions? Will they be sending out more acceptances? Looking at so many rejections from Feb end to March beginning, I had thought that they were done for this year. And, what is your field of interest?

To the minnesota poster below, Have you recieved the official email saying that you are on a wait list from the Physics Department? Actually, I am also waitlisted for admission to the PhD program in the field of High Energy Theory. However, I was just able to know this through inquiry to check my status. I have got any email about either rejection or waiting list.

I am the BU poster below, there was no information about this year's admissions. My field is HEP-ex.

Has anyone heard from the physics department of GMU?

MSU was my top choice/dream school and while I saw it coming, I can't say it doesn't hurt :(

Does anyone know if they'd have any more acceptances? or when will the decisions come out? I've been interviewed and waitlisted in late Jan but haven't heard anything since then

If you got any better acceptance, please decline your offer so that people on wait list can have a chance. Thank you.

Grad GPA: 3.13, has anyone received an acceptance offer?

To the Poster below, when did you hear about the rejection. I have seen from the physicsgre.com that few people have got acceptance from UConn but I am not sure they are the only ppl to get acceptance. They also told me that they will know in a week or so about the number of students who will accept the offer.

Anybody knows when Arizona State will send offers.

Condensed Matter Physics- Experimental, I have been awarded the "Provost's Graduate Excellence Fellowship" which covers 30k stipend/year + 6k insurance +2k travel/research/funding + tuition fees. Established contact with a professor before applying.

To the poster who is admitted from the waitlist. What is your subfield ?

Please decline ASAP if you have better offers. Miami means a lot to me and I have no offer.

Anyone knows if Tamu is done with offers. I have emailed them but got no replies. It seems from previous years posts they send rejections in April

" I think you will hear back from the Admissions Committee by the end of this month. Several admit offers have been sent and many denials have been sent by the Admissions Committee. However, there are still several applications that have not yet been finalized. The final decision will be communicated via e-mail just as quickly as possible." When are they going to finalize? It's the end of March.
