Is the below acceptance real? It's like 7am in Palo Alto. Seems a little early in the day to be sending out acceptances, given that it's before business hours...

Are the below acceptances real? Seems unlikely given the current time in Palo Alto and as well that the last two years Stanford has sent emails to accept/reject candidates.

I'm also skeptical, however their emails could be coming later today? The admits have already been put into the system for a while now most likely and maybe the system to allow access is automatic after 12am

The posts below are definitely fake. Stanford does not communicate admission decisions through the application website but through a letter sent by email.

Hello guys! Just to let you guys know, I had called and spoken to someone in the CS Department last week and was informed the the amission results should be sent out on March 16th, today. Good luck to everyone!

To the poster asking where did I get my info, it is based on the data in this forum. Since 2014 Stanford has been releasing Ms CS decisions on Friday on the third week of March. Yup, I’m that nervous/anxious to have checked this on the forum :) (hits F5 on the keyboard just in case).

Came from a top engineering school, 3.9+ gpa, No research experience, 1 international internship. Honestly didn't expect to get admitted, but happy to get in

To Stanford poster below: I got called yesterday from POI about acceptance and official email later that day but no official email yet as of now. Also systems.

Did anyone receive the unofficial notification from faculty of HCI research track?
