Graduate School Admission Results

This was my top choice program, so I honestly am pretty sad about this one. Had a great conversation with my POI before I applied, so I was hoping for the best. This application season has been really hard, and I'm glad I at least received one acceptance. 1a/5r/1p

It took me a while to post this, not only because I'm slightly disappointed, not only because I knew it was a reach, and not only because it was the cherry on top of a reaaaaally bad day. But here I am - and, thankfully, this rejection signals the end of my first cycle and officially my only cycle, so I can't be too sad. Best of luck to you all! - 2a/0w/2r

Master's GPA: 4.2 I am not necessarily surprised by this as my proposal was potentially too "disruptive" and not enough "American", but still..! Congrats to all who got in and all who did not--we're off to other programmes/places which are better suited:)

Randomly checked application portal and learned that I was rejected. This decision appeared in the portal many hours later than other rejections noted by people who commented below.

Grad school GPA. Email to check portal. Rejected. Hurts, but it's Yale.

One publication. To be honest I made a lot of mistakes in my SOP and other things. Gonna take this as a lesson and learn to be better prepared for next time. Best of luck to all the rest!
