Graduate School Admission Results

Master's student from Japan, undergrad GPA 3.86 and master's GPA 3.71. At the time of application, I held six awards including one from IEEE, as well as 4 publications (including domestic journals), 6 talks, bunch of poster presentations, and experience in getting 12 competitive research grants (total 20,000 USD). I also contacted my supervisor in the summer to discuss possible research topics over zoom and kept in touch with her over email.

Canadian. Was initially on the waitlist, then offered an interview, then received an email 4 days after the interview.

Canadian domestic applicant. Had email and zoom chats with potential POI prior to applying.

Ignore waiting list. Can any one tell that McMaster and Calgary have released admission decision for PhD or not. Please answer it.

3.86/4.0 final year.domestic. Strong references, experience in research and global health NGOs.

Did anyone hear back from the MEng Computing and Software program? Applied early March - yet to hear anything at all.

Ignore waitlist. Has anyone gotten their admission to the Globalization MA? It's May and I'm going crazy!

"Please note that the selection process for the MA in Communication and New Media has been completed, and we regret to inform you that, after careful consideration, your application was not among those selected for admittance to the program. We were fortunate to receive a large number of applications and the admissions process was highly competitive."

Still waiting on interview offers to be sent, SGS portal hasn't been updated yet. Does anyone know when they'd typically send interviews and final offers for the March deadline? (Domestic Applicant)

It shows "Denied" on the portal- no email yet, but feels a bit funny there's not been communication from the program?
