Was warned when I talked with POI earlier in the season that their program is extremely small.

Ignore waitlist. Has anyone heard from JHU after interview?

Ignore rejection. Ttpb inquiring about Johns Hopkins admissions process : the info I have is that they are quite delayed this year but they are about to send rejection notifications. So this would (logically) mean that the interview invites were already sent (inference from my part so not 100% sure).

There was an initial rejection that happened to people in February but received an email that time saying the application is under review. Did not receive an interview call, however. Still don't understand why they mailed in February while many others got rejection. Seems like there is a second-round between the interview and first-round rejection. Sad! There was no need to give hope in the first place.

Interviewed last week, notified by email from faculty on Friday

ttpb: I was interviewed by a faculty last week and got an acceptance email from another faculty yesterday. PI mentioned during the interview that they had a meeting last Friday to discuss the admission results. No mention of funding yet.

Wondering for the poster below if they had an interview? Could you give more specifics about your acceptance?

To the poster below--I was interviewed by a Johns Hopkins faculty member! They told me that final admissions decisions will be made by the end of next week.

Has anyone got an interview from Johns Hopkins?
