I will be accepting their offer. I am on another waitlist at a school slightly higher ranked, but I prefer Miami. Good luck to you.

To the person below, are you going to accept the offer from Miami? Do you think there is a chance you will decline it because you have (potentially) some better offers to come. In other words, are you on other waitlists that you rank higher than Miami?

UM is my top choice! I've received no acceptances so far, and I would like this to be my first. Please let them know as soon as you can if you plan on declining or removing yourself from the waitlist. You would be helping me out big time! Thank you.

Got an e-mail stating that I am in the "upper half" of the waitlist. If you got an offer and planning to attend another program, I'd appreciate your letting the department asap.

Emailed Dr. Lewis, he quickly responded saying I was not accepted at Miami. 0a/1w/3r out of 10 - probably 3 further rejections as well. 100
