No info on if waitlist is ranked or how long it is, but only 5 admits per genre and 4% admission rate. I'm a writer, I will not be doing the math.

I don't know how many are on the waitlist, but there were only 7 available spots in the program this year.

Standard-fare email notification.

Form Rejection by email. "We regret to inform you that your application for Fall 2022 admission into the Creative Writing Program at the University of Oregon has not been accepted. Out of the hundreds of applications received, we can only extend 10 offers of admission (five in fiction; five in poetry). While we are not able to comment on individual applications, we appreciate your interest in our graduate program and wish you the best in your writing career."
