Undergrad in Life Science, only a few courses in anthro, not even a minor. Emailed by supervisor and grad admin. $14,000 scholarship with probable RA+TA opportunities. SUPER small and competitive program - genuinely shook I got in!

Grad GPA: 4.00. Undergraduate education outside philosophy. The e-mail said they "had a large number of applicants and only a limited number of seats in the program. As a result, there were many strong applicants that we regretfully could not admit."

Received unofficial offer via email on February 24th and official offer via email on February 27th.

Received email notification of interview offer on Monday morning! Zoom link sent out on Friday.

Relatively low sub-GPA (3.53).

Rejection from McMaster at 5:37 PST this morning. "If your application was complete, your sub-GPA was not high enough to place you in the top 126 applicants invited for a personal interview. Applications are considered incomplete if you did not submit your original transcript(s) by the due date..."

Does anyone get acceptance from Mcmaster?
