Got email notification to check the updated status. Had an interview in January with prof, but that didn't work as research interest is different. ACSES track. All the best to everyone waiting for results !!!

No update on email. Checked the website.

Applied for PhD admission, but got this MS admission. Did not get any offer for funding. Do they provide full funding for an international MS student? If not, I will have to reject this admission offer.

Tried to communicate with some of the professors. Did not get any reply. Do not have strong academic qualifications or research experience. Only 1 journal publication (in IEEE TGRS) and 2 conference publications at the time of application

Disappointed with the decision, posting so others understand when they sent out rejections

Don't consider waitlisted. When can we expect decision for computer engineering from ECE?

To the post below about university of Alberta PhD, I am really sorry about the rejection. Did you have any interview with the faculties? I have had complete radio silence.

TTBP: My research area is Biomedical Imaging. I had a publication as well. Can you please explain about benefits from "departmental scholarship". I don't fully understand what it gives.

Similar to the posters below, I also haven't heard from GaTech even once. What should it mean? Does anyone have any info? It seems unfair to leave the students stranded without any answer.

Glad that they responded sooner rather than later. I can confirm that people with weaker profiles got in. Guess having LORs from renowned Profs. and/or the ones who are known in the circle of admission committee really help.

TTPB:Departmental scholarship results will be declared in First week of Fall. Which research area?
