To the wake forest poster below...as a graduate of that master's program...I can attest to its quality. I've got 2 acceptances to top programs and a waitlist. It's a phenomenal program. Occasionally things don't work out for some people...but that's definitely unlikely. Start a thread on SDN or tgc and I'd be glad to provide more information.

Submitted app 12/10, phone interview 3/2, accepted 3/16. Bilingual subprogram within EdM. Waiting for FinAid package; checked the one on the admitted student site and it looks scary. Instructions say that I will be notified by email when package is available for review. Hope this helps!
