3.59 GPA, ~1.5 years of research will be completed by the time of enrollment.

Response to other poster: It was an official acceptance letter from the department. According to their website they usually do interviews. I'm not sure if they are forgoing them because of Covid-19, or if they will still invite some people to interview.

Was on the waitlist and reached out to them yesterday to check for updates. Unfortunately, they made their final admissions decisions already. Also they said "the Covid-19 pandemic has affected our budget planning for next year and that has had an impact on the planned size of our 2020-21 cohort." I was wondering if anyone else knows of other schools that have had their budget decreased this year (or in the last couple years for whatever reasons)? Seems to me that the number of admits is a little low this year. Maybe I'm just crazy though lol. Thoughts??

Received email from the department a few days ago about a potential unfunded offer And got email from grad school today and directed me to portal for official acceptance - moving out of waitlist but can't find any funding details, probably will decline

Received an email today. Will be accepting this offer!

Admission offered on December 14, 2019 without any funding offers. Later had interview with faculty member and was offered a GRA position.

To the poster below - thanks for sharing with us. Has anybody else gotten a similar response? I've emailed 3 different people and have yet to hear back. Has anybody actually been waitlisted?
