Ignore waitlist. In the light of the rejection wave - am I the only person who has not received any update? Or does Cornell send out rejections in distinct waves? Any ideas?

Interview requests (2 faculty 1 student) on 2/1. Completed interviews on 2/6 the deadline was 2/7. Offer via email 2/9. Accepted offer.

Rejected without interview.

Email from my POI, and the formal offer letter will come a few days later. Subfield China (late imperial). Hold a MA, no GRE, GPA is BA's. Big surprise! Fell so grateful! Best of luck to other applicants!
