Emailed POI (JS) about application status and he said that all initial offers for the program have already been made

Email from grad inform me about acceptance. Pretty pumped, the stipend is pretty high compared to other schools. Here's some stats: medium state university not known for math, no research experience, TA-ed some low level undergraduate courses, domestic female, not from PA.

I was notified 4.5 months after. The applicant pool was 118 and only 15 applicants made it. Congratulations to those who were accepted!

Got a call that for some reason went straight to voicemail without ringing. Oops! Was also followed by an email to check the portal for an update. 2 co-authored papers, graduated from mid-tier undergrad, 1 year of full time research during undergrad, and 3 years of full time research post grad.

no mention of funding yet but very excited!

Second acceptance! Out of fielder special education teacher. I am not sure if I am taking this one - hopeful for funding!

To the poster below, I am another person who got accepted by PSU. I got the E-mail and official letter on Feb 15. The status is not updated now.

I actually thought I would make it to Penn State! Received a very generic email from the department.
