Strong application. Verbal and AW GRE in top 99%. 4.0 GPA over the last four years. Strong language background. But I guess I didn't perform well enough on the interview or they though I wasn't a good fit. Rejected via template based email by somebody I had not spoken to personally, which after being told I was being actively considered stung quite a bit. It would be nice to be given more personalized feedback so as to help me understand what went wrong and where to go from here rather than silence.
