Graduate School Admission Results

I checked my portal today and I got accepted! Lots of tears of joy. Canadian student, and will have to take 2 methods courses to keep my offer if I decide to go. Hopefully, my acceptance will reassure someone who also doesn't have the greatest GPA that you can also go to grad school! :)

TPB: I also got admitted into MTSU PhD program in Economics sometimes around last month and also applied for assistantship and I am yet to get a decision.

Will be removing myself from the waitlist to give someone else my spot as I've been accepted to my higher choices!

A little sad but I am excited to accept at another school!

TTPB - yeah I got an email from TP and an interview early - never heard back since :( Did anyone hear from ML?

Does anyone know what's the deadline to accept/reject the first round of offers?

Has anyone received a rejection from Cornell AP? Or is everyone still waiting for them to send out the results?

Hi all, did anyone else get contacted by a supervisor from the CS dept. with the initials TP or AM?

TTPB: I see, last time I emailed the program advisor she said that the deadline for accepting offers was April 2, I guess they delayed the deadline. So there are 5 spots to be filled by April 9/or filled by waitlisted applicants after April 9?

To the post below, did you get your acceptance from off the waitlist? I wasn't notified of being on any waitlist and am wondering if I still have any chance. Congrats btw!

I've posted previously. According to the DGS I am highly ranked on the waitlist pool for admission into the Ph.D. in Mathematics Program at University of South Carolina. If you have applied to UofSC Math Ph.D. program and received a funded offer of admission into this program but have decided that you will NOT accept or do not intend on doing so, please decline your offers quickly. It would be very appreciated.

TPB: no update on the overall situation, although I assume that they're nearing decisions. Best of luck to everyone else on the waitlist.
