Received email from PI that they were no longer going to take a student due to the uncertainties with the current changes happening. I had a feeling this might happen since they just started a sabbatical. Was notified via email after that an update was made on my application portal. Luckily I already had another offer, and I hope this makes some of you who interviewed at Toledo feel slightly better about your odds especially after the chaotic roller coaster of an application cycle this has been for all of us. |
