Contacted UCI, they replied all admits will be out in April first half MS CS, the same reply from UCLA, countdown 15 days!

Not wait listed. In portal my application status still shows submitted, wondering if it should have been in review. People who are still waiting for a decision, is your application status submitted or under review?

Received an email at ~10pm CT to check the applicant portal for a decision. Submitted application on 1/15/21. No GRE. Stats for those who are interested: undergrad cumulative GPA was 3.814 with majors in astrophysics, physics and math (didn't major in CS, so I'm surprised I got accepted); 3 years of research experience at an R1 state university with 1 first-author publication underway; a research fellowship and a number of projects and awards. The essays were some of my best work, but probably weren't *excellent*. LoRs were strong I think. Best of luck to everyone else :)

Did anyone obtain a merit based scholarship from USC?

3.7 GPA in Undergrad. 1 published review Paper, 2 years of work ex. Undergrad from an average university

Any idea by when will all the decisions be sent?

TTPB: I've interviewed with POIs and got oral admission from one POI. Also have confirmed the status with him several days ago. So I guess there would still be many offers out in next weeks. Don't worry!

Received an email notifying me to check the portal. Honestly this just felt extra special because I got rejected from here for undergrad :)

GOT AN EMAIL FOR A DECISION UPDATE. But the portal can't be reached. Anyone else with the same problem?? Looks like all the rejections are sent out altogether.

Got an email this morning to check for status update. Congrats to everyone who got in and all the best for others who are waiting for their decisions.

CS undergraduate from UToronto. 1.5 years of research experience with 1 second-author paper under review. Submitted before the Dec. 15 Deadline. Asked to pay a $500 deposit to secure the spot if intend to go. Not sure if I'll accept though... Still waiting for UCSD, Brown, and Columbia.
