Was originally wait listed, but received an offer with funding one month later. Accepted offer.

Please, the one from Iran who got accepted for Mechanical Engineering at Ryerson, may you tell me when you applied to the programme? I applied in November 2019 and still could not hear anything from them. By the way congratulations!

I am from Iran. Very very happy for fully funded position nearly 40k annually. My master GPA is nearly 4/4.33. I have 3 ISI papers and 4 conference papers. I had my supervisor acceptance for applying prior to submission.

Canadian Undergrad, 4 years of related exp, Strong Reference Letters and Statement of Interest, Post-grad Diploma, Solid GPA 3+, 6k in funding.

Over a month ago I spoke to both the admissions office at YSGS and the graduate program director for criminology. I was told that the criminology department would be releasing decisions in the next few weeks. I still haven't heard anything and I'm starting to get anxious. I understand that due to COVID19 there may be some transitional delays, but the website says admissions are continuing without them. Has anybody heard anything from crim specifically or the admissions office in general? Any help would be great.

Waited a long time, but there was no sign of progress about my application, even the status did not updated in this period. I applied dec 20 2019, january 23 2020 my application has been sent to the commitee the deadline was january 15 2019.

Was rejected by the same program last year. Never lose hope!

Got rejected. i take it as a blessing in disguise. Ultimately, I would had to take online classes in Summer and Fall. It seems unlikely that ryerson would have in person classes in Fall. Its located in downtown toronto (times square of toronto)

IELTS band score 8.0 ! Have got offer from the University of Waterloo with the same program. Does Ryerson think it's such a top-ranked university?
